Basic knowledge on Public Cloud (AWS,Azure) and Private Cloud (Open Source) is also required . Strong interpersonal skill along with excellent communication and presentation capability . Should be familiar with ITIL framework for service delivery . Should be able to comply with company process and adhere company policies for internal and external audit and certification standards
