Sr Manager - PMO & Business user Experience(Job_519) Gurugram, Haryana , India (CCSPL.BO.North.Gur) Department IT PMO Employee Type Full Time Experience Range 7 - 15 Years Role Summary The Head IT Outsourcing, IT Network, ITRA, BCM & DR is responsible for establishing and managing the organization s IT outsourcing ecosystem, network architecture, technology risk governance, and operational resilience frameworks within the NBFC domain. The role ensures high availability, regulatory compliance, cyber maturity, and business continuity readiness across IT operations. Key Responsibilities 1. IT Outsourcing Strategy & Governance Develop, refine, and execute the organization s IT Outsourcing Strategy aligned with business goals, scalability needs, technology modernization roadmap, and cost optimization objectives. Conduct Annual Vendor Performance Reviews (AVPR) covering delivery quality, SLA adherence, innovation, cost efficiency, compliance, and partnership maturity. Ensure compliance with RBI Outsourcing Guidelines and data residency requirements. Conduct periodic vendor risk assessments and ensure timely mitigation measures. Ensure all outsourced activities comply with: RBI Outsourcing Guidelines Data localization & data protection requirements IT/IS Policies, Cyber Security Framework, and Internal Audit guidelines Maintain centralized documentation of all outsourced engagements with continuous monitoring of compliance status. Conduct Periodic Vendor Risk Assessments, evaluating operational, financial, cybersecurity, geopolitical, and regulatory risks associated with vendors. Perform Assurance Testing on critical vendors to validate Ensure closure of observations from ITRA, IS audits, Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, and RAF reviews with evidence-based remediation. 2. IT Network Architecture & Operations Govern end-to-end Network Architecture & Operations, ensuring secure, resilient, and high-performance connectivity across the enterprise through effective oversight of the network team and all associated technologies. 3. Cybersecurity & Technology Risk (ITRA) Lead ITRA agenda ensuring alignment with audit findings, ITGC, IT policies, and risk frameworks. Support internal/statutory audits and ensure timely closure of observations. Drive VAPT coordination and cybersecurity improvements. 4. Business Continuity Management (BCM) Develop and govern the BCM framework. Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and ensure clarity of RTO/RPO. Drive awareness and readiness across business teams. 5. Disaster Recovery (DR) Planning & DR Drills Own and maintain DR strategy, failover planning, and documentation. Plan and execute periodic DR drills. Maintain DR runbooks and report DR outcomes to leadership. Qualifications & Experience 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Outsourcing, Network Operations, ITRA, and BCM/DR within NBFC/BFSI. Strong understanding of RBI IT Framework for NBFCs, cybersecurity guidelines, and outsourcing compliance. Expertise in vendor management, network design, DR execution, and audit coordination. Leadership experience in complex IT environments.
