About the role
As a Senior QA Engineer at Giggso, your role will involve designing and executing robust test strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery across web, mobile, and API platforms. You will play a key role in building Python-based automation frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior testers to drive continuous quality improvements. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans for web, mobile, and API applications - Building and maintaining automation frameworks using Python, Selenium, and Pytest - Collaborating with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to define testing scope and coverage - Performing functional, regression, integration, and performance testing - Documenting and maintaining high-quality QA artifacts including test cases, test reports, and user stories - Acting as a quality advocate and mentor within the QA team, sharing best practices and technical expertise Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with expertise in both manual and automation testing - Strong hands-on experience in Python for automation testing - Proficiency in tools such as Selenium, Pytest, Jenkins, Git, and test management platforms - Excellent knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and defect lifecycle management - Experience in Manual Testing (Web, API, Mobile), Test Automation with Python (Selenium, Pytest), Test Planning & Execution, Agile/Scrum Environments, and Code Reviews & QA Documentation Join Giggso, a No-Code ModelOps Observability platform, and be a part of a team that offers reduced OpEx costs, ROI management for AI, and improved customer experience through web 3.0 and blockchain-enabled solutions.
