Lead Data Analyst

Role Overview: Gigmo Solutions, a fast-growing tech startup, is seeking a Data Analyst Lead to join their team in Gurugram. You will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, developing reports and dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze large datasets to generate actionable business insights and support decision-making. - Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting systems. - Utilize advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, pivot tables, and conditional formatting. - Create automated reports and streamline repetitive tasks using macros/VBA. - Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI. - Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. - Clean, structure, and transform data from multiple sources. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements. - Present insights clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - 5+ years of experience in MIS/Data Analytics roles. - Strong expertise in MS Excel and Automation. - Excellent SQL knowledge and hands-on experience with database querying. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments. - Knowledge of Python, R, VBA, or other automation tools will be an added advantage. - Candidate must have a laptop with minimum 16GB RAM and high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps).
