About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Identify and understand the queries of the customers raised through the ticketing system. 2. Work closely on a day-to-day level with the HR team of the customers and the users of the product. 3. Analyse the customer queries and solve them within the existing framework of the product. 4. Coordinate with the product engineering and product management teams for existing solutions, and also for the development of the product.
