About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Review and understand feature and microservices documentation as well as Figma design files to align with product functionalities and UI flows. 2. Create and execute test cases based on requirements and design documentation. 3. Identify, log, and track bugs for failed test cases, collaborating with developers for resolution. 4. Gain a solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC). 5. Participate in functional, regression, and performance testing. 6. Support the QA team in maintaining quality standards across web, mobile, and API platforms. 7. Contribute to test automation efforts using relevant frameworks and tools. 8. Monitor debugging process results. 9. Track quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts. 10. Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies. 11. Work closely with other teams to ensure that testing aligns with the overall project requirements and goals. Knowledge of any programming language (preferably Java). 5. Understanding web technologies and mobile applications. 6. Coursework or certification in Software Testing/Quality Assurance. 7. Familiarity with Selenium, Appium, or Postman. 8. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS) is a plus. 9. Qualifications: B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA.
