Hello, Greetings from GlobalData-Hyd Job Description & Requirements: WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Salesforce Senior Developer 7-8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong implementation exposure Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and design patterns Proven experience building production-grade solutions using Apex, LWC, and Aura (as required) Strong experience with REST integrations, API consumption, and outbound integrations Exposure to Salesforce AppExchange development, packaging, and release cycles Working knowledge of Salesforce DX, Git-based version control, and CI/CD processes Ability to work independently on complex features with minimal supervision Comfort supporting architectural discussions and technical decision-making Willingness and capability to step into a technical lead role when required Knowledge of Agentforce is an advantage but not mandatory. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions across multiple implementations Build Apex, LWC, and integration components aligned with platform best practices Participate actively in AppExchange app development, maintenance, and upgrades Support deployment activities and contribute to CI/CD pipelines Identify and resolve complex technical issues, including performance and limit challenges Write and maintain technical documentation for developed components Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality Mentor junior developers and support the team during high-demand delivery phases Act as a technical owner for features or modules when assigned.
