About the role
Open Role : Senior DevOps Engineer Location: Hyderabad Experience: 10-15 Years Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, automation, optimization, and scaling of enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure on AWS. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes orchestration, CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, disaster recovery, and cloud transformation initiatives. This role demands solid hands-on experience in managing large-scale production environments, improving platform reliability, implementing BCP/DR strategies, and driving infrastructure modernization across cloud ecosystems. Key Responsibilities * Design, deploy, and manage highly scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure on AWS * Build and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred) * Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Jenkins, and related DevOps tools * Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform * Lead cloud migration and infrastructure modernization initiatives (On-Premise to AWS / Multi-Cloud) * Implement, validate, and maintain Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies * Monitor infrastructure, applications, and platform health using cloud-native and third-party monitoring tools * Ensure infrastructure security, compliance adherence, vulnerability management, and regular patching * Manage Kubernetes clusters, container lifecycle, image repositories, and upgrade strategies * Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Security, and Product teams to streamline deployment and release processes * Troubleshoot critical production issues and ensure high availability and operational excellence * Drive best practices around automation, scalability, observability, and cost optimization Required Skills & Experience * 8 to 12 .
