About the role
As an experienced AVP Production Support, your role will involve leading L1/L2 support operations for critical Market Operations and Collateral Management platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading L1/L2 production support for Market Operations and Collateral Management applications. - Supporting and managing the COLLINE platform and related collateral management workflows. - Monitoring and maintaining Linux-based production environments. - Performing incident triage, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). - Managing SQL and ETL-related production issues. - Overseeing batch scheduling, reconciliation, and job execution through Tidal. - Ensuring adherence to SLAs, operational KPIs, and service stability targets. - Partnering with Development, Infrastructure, Business Operations, and Release Management teams. - Supporting production releases, change management, and platform enhancements. - Driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve platform availability and operational efficiency. - Ensuring compliance with audit, regulatory, and operational risk requirements. You should have domain expertise in COLLINE (Mandatory) and technical skills in Linux / Unix, SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.), ETL Support (Informatica, DataStage, Ab Initio, etc.), Shell Scripting, Batch Monitoring & Support, Tidal Scheduler, Production Support, L1/L2 Application Support, Incident Management, Problem Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Change & Release Management, and SLA Management. Preferred experience includes supporting in any one collateral management like Colline, Calypso Collateral, CloudMargin, or other collateral management platforms, exposure to OTC Derivatives, Securities Lending, Repo, or Margin Operations, and experience in Front Office Technology or Market Operations Technology environments. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline, along with 3 years of Production/Application Support experience within Capital Markets or Financial Services. You should also possess strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
