Senior QA Engineer Location: Hybrid, Gujarat Experience: Minimum 5 years Salary: Up to 25 LPA Overview We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer for a leadership-oriented quality engineering role. This position is not merely focused on hands-on testing but emphasizes driving QA strategy and fostering a culture of quality across our web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities Drive QA Strategy: Lead the QA strategy and quality ownership across web and mobile platforms. Team Leadership: Mentor and grow a team of QA engineers, fostering a high-performance culture. Contemporary Tool Adoption: Spearhead QA-related Proofs of Concept (POCs) to evaluate and adopt contemporary tools, frameworks, and AI-driven practices. Non-Functional Quality: Strengthen non-functional quality aspects such as performance, load, and security. Testing Frameworks: Establish scalable, reusable, and intelligent testing frameworks. Quality Culture: Champion a quality-first culture and promote continuous improvement across the QA function. Core Skills Experience: 5 years of QA experience with proven team management or QA leadership. QA Strategy Ownership: Demonstrated track record of owning QA strategy across projects, not just executing tests. Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Playwright (web) and Appium WebdriverIO (mobile) with JavaScript/Node.js and BDD. Non-Functional Testing: Hands-on experience with non-functional testing load, performance, and security. CI/CD Integration: Solid experience in CI/CD integration and the ability to set technical direction.
