As an experienced SQL Developer with a QA focus, your role will involve working with Snowflake, data analytics, and database testing. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and executing complex SQL queries for data validation and analysis. Additionally, you will perform data testing and QA validation across databases and data pipelines. Collaboration with data engineers and analysts is essential to ensure accurate data delivery. Moreover, you will design and execute test cases for data quality and integrity. Developing basic automated test scripts using Python and utilizing GitHub for version control and code management are also part of your responsibilities. Analyzing large datasets to identify inconsistencies or anomalies and ensuring compliance with healthcare data standards and practices are key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, write, and optimize complex SQL queries for data validation and analysis - Perform data testing and QA validation across databases and data pipelines - Work with Snowflake for data storage, transformation, and validation - Design and execute test cases for data quality and integrity - Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure accurate data delivery - Develop basic automated test scripts using Python - Use GitHub for version control and code management - Analyze large datasets and identify inconsistencies or anomalies - Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and practices Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience in SQL development and data testing/QA - Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, performance tuning) - Hands-on experience with Snowflake - Good understanding of Data Analytics concepts - Basic proficiency in Python for automation and test case development - Experience with GitHub or similar version control tools - Exposure to data validation, ETL testing, and data quality checks - Experience working in the Healthcare domain (preferred) Additional Company Details: Experience in the healthcare domain is highly preferred. Familiarity with ETL tools, data warehousing concepts, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is considered a good-to-have for this role.
