Role & responsibilities: - Define and execute data strategy aligned to DaaS vision - Build and scale data platforms - Drive BI, analytics, and data adoption - Implement API-first enterprise integration across systems - Develop data products and reusable data services - Lead vendor management including system integrators and partners - Build, mentor, and scale high-performing data and integration teams - Drive strong people management practices including capability building, succession planning, and performance management - Lead execution, stakeholder management, and change adoption Preferred candidate profile: Lead GMMCOs data, analytics, and integration agenda with a long-term vision of Data-as-a-Service (DaaS), while building solid foundations in the near term. .
