Job Description Site Engineer (Underground Sewage System) Job Title: Site Engineer Location: As per Project Requirement Experience: 510 Years Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE) / B.E. Civil Engineering Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer with expertise in Underground Sewage System (UGSS) Network projects. The candidate will be responsible for executing and supervising sewer pipeline installation, manhole construction, site coordination, quality control, and ensuring timely project completion while adhering to safety and engineering standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise execution of Underground Sewage System (UGSS) and sewer pipeline projects. Monitor excavation, pipe laying, manhole construction, backfilling, and testing activities. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, clients, and project teams. Maintain daily progress reports, measurement books (MB), and site documentation. Ensure quality control and compliance with project standards. Monitor site safety practices and ensure adherence to safety regulations. Resolve technical issues and provide on-site engineering support. Coordinate material requirements and verify quantities. Conduct site inspections and ensure timely project completion. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Underground Sewage System (UGSS) Network execution. Experience in sewer pipeline installation, RCC/HDPE/DI pipes, and manhole construction. Knowledge of excavation, trenching, hydro testing, and commissioning. Ability to interpret civil drawings and project specifications. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD will be an added advantage. Preferred Candidate Profile Diploma (DCE) or B.E. in Civil Engineering. 5 to 10 years of experience in UGSS, water supply, drainage, or infrastructure projects. Experience in municipal or government infrastructure projects is preferred.
