Job Description Site Supervisor (UGSS) Job Title: Site Supervisor Location: As per Project Requirement Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE) Experience: 0 TO 5 Years Job Summary We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of Underground Sewage System (UGSS) Network projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality work, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with engineers, contractors, and labor teams to ensure timely project completion. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day UGSS and sewer pipeline installation activities. Monitor excavation, pipe laying, manhole construction, backfilling, and testing work. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and labor teams. Monitor material usage and maintain daily site progress reports. Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed at the site. Identify and report site issues to the Project/Site Engineer. Support timely completion of project milestones. Required Skills Basic knowledge of Underground Sewage System (UGSS) Network. Understanding of sewer pipeline installation and civil construction activities. Ability to read basic engineering drawings. Good communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage. Preferred Candidate Profile Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE). 0 TO 5 years of experience in UGSS, water supply, drainage, or civil infrastructure projects. Willingness to travel or relocate based on project requirements. Industry: Civil Construction / Infrastructure / Water Supply & Underground Sewage Projects.
