As a part of the Users & Products Analytics Team, your role will involve ensuring the organization has access to aligned, accurate, and actionable business metrics that drive global operations. The team's mission revolves around four core pillars: - Single Source of Truth: Building robust, high-quality, and deeply trusted data pipelines. - Informative Visualizations: Creating intuitive dashboards that simplify complex data. - Automated Insights: Scaling advanced analytics and AI-driven insights to enhance decision-making at all levels. - Scalable Infrastructure: Developing and maintaining a highly stable, next-generation reporting ecosystem. As a Data Engineering Team Lead, you will lead a team of Data Engineers and Analysts, collaborating with Business Analysts, Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, and product leaders. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading, mentoring, and code-reviewing a team of Data Engineers and BI Analysts. - Overseeing the design, development, and optimization of scalable data warehouses and pipelines using Python, Advanced SQL, BigQuery, and Java. - Orchestrating data workflows via Airflow, Spark, dbt, and Kafka. - Ensuring the integrity and scalability of distributed data processing systems within Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Architecting data solutions and translating high-level business requirements into scalable AI solutions. - Partnering with Analytics Managers and business pillars to prioritize product initiatives and deliver impactful enterprise dashboards. Minimum Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in designing, testing, optimizing, and troubleshooting enterprise-grade ETL/ELT solutions. - 3+ years of experience with OLAP systems, advanced SQL, and data modeling. - Proven track record of managing technical teams and complex data projects in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar distributed data infrastructure. - Strong understanding of AI toolkits. - Experience designing data warehouses for business performance management. - Bachelors or Masters degree in relevant fields.
