About the role
As a Senior Associate, Product Corporate Audit, you will own delivery of audit products and capabilities that support high quality, compliant, and efficient audit execution across the firm. This role requires hands on audit experience and a strong understanding of how audit standards, regulatory requirements, and firm methodologies translate into day to day audit workflows. You will be accountable for translating audit requirements into well defined product features, managing a product backlog, coordinating with internal and external delivery partners, and ensuring that delivered capabilities realize measurable business and audit value. You will also play a key role in ensuring that audit products support the firm s ISQM1 / SOQM obligations, including appropriate documentation, evidence, and controls. Key Responsibilities Own delivery outcomes for one or more audit products or major audit capabilities, ensuring features meet defined audit, regulatory, and business outcomes Translate audit workflows, professional standards, and regulatory requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Apply audit expertise to ensure products align with audit standards, regulatory expectations, and firm audit methodology Manage and prioritize a product backlog, sequencing work based on audit risk, business value, dependencies, and delivery constraints Lead discovery with audit stakeholders to understand audit processes, pain points, and opportunities for standardization or improvement Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to clarify requirements and support efficient delivery Identify delivery risks, audit impacts, and dependencies, and work with partners to define mitigation strategies Communicate progress, risks, and upcoming milestones clearly to audit leadership and product stakeholders Support enablement and adoption of delivered audit capabilities across engagement teams Track delivery outcomes and capture realized value, including efficiency gains, quality improvements, and risk reduction Ensuring audit products and processes are appropriately documented in line with ISQM1/SOQM framework Supporting evidence generation for quality management, controls, and monitoring activities Maintaining traceability between product features, audit requirements, and quality objectives Ensure audit products are designed with quality, defensibility, consistency, and audit trail in mind Qualifications Bachelor s degree in a Business, Finance & Accounting or related field Professional qualification in Accounting or Audit (or equivalent audit accreditation) 5+ years of experience in Audit, with strong understanding of audit workflows, standards, and regulatory requirements 3+ years of experience in product management or a closely related delivery role Experience owning delivery for a defined product or capability, including backlog management and day to day prioritization Strong understanding of product management practices and Agile delivery methodologies Experience translating audit or business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Preferred Experience: Experience working in regulated professional services environments Experience working in Corporate Audit Experience supporting audit quality, methodology, or quality management initiatives Exposure to analytics, automation, or AI enabled solutions in audit or assurance Experience working with vendor supported or outsourced delivery models Experience supporting adoption and rollout of internal audit platforms or tools Familiarity with common product and delivery tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or similar) Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, audit standards, and regulatory expectations quickly adapt to new technologies, audit standards, and regulatory expectation
