About the role
Architect solutions for Windows Autopilot, Co-Management, and Hybrid Azure AD environments. Create and enforce MDM policies, security baselines, and compliance configurations. Lead migrations from legacy tools (e.g., SCCM, CyberArk) to Intune. Configure device enrollment for Windows, iOS, and Android (including zero-touch provisioning). Implement application packaging and deployment (Win32, LoB, M365 apps). Integrate Intune with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Conditional Access. Deploy certificates (PKCS, SCEP), VPN, Wi-Fi, and email profiles. Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting. Optimize SCCM and Intune co-management setups. Implement patch management and software update strategies. Prepare architecture documentation (e.g., Arc42, ArchiMate). Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for internal teams. Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, and Azure AD. Strong knowledge of MDM configurations, device compliance, and policy management. Familiarity with network fundamentals, PKI, and security frameworks. Soft Skills Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management. Ability to translate technical requirements into business language. Good-to-Have: Endpoint management and enterprise mobility solutions. Ability to handle multiple technology tasks and work independently as well as a team member Experience around containers, container networking with host OS, container security etc. Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or Azure certifications preferred.
