Senior Developer (SAP ABAP For HANA)

The Senior SAP ABAP for HANA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting SAP solutions within project and support environments. The role requires strong hands-on technical expertise in ABAP on HANA along with good understanding of cross-functional integration, SAP MDG, and IDoc/ALE processes. The candidate must be capable of working independently, delivering quality code, and collaborating with functional teams and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and support SAP applications using ABAP on HANA. Work independently on ALV Reports (OOPS), Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms. Handle ALE/EDI configurations, IDocs, RFC interfaces, and file-based interfaces. Execute enhancements including BADI, user exits, customer exits, and screen enhancements. Utilize basic SAP workflow knowledge including task and event binding. Collaborate with functional and cross-functional teams for integration and solution alignment. Ensure timely delivery of tasks as per project schedule (11:00 AM 8:00 PM IST). Required Technical Skills: Strong expertise in ALV Reports (OOPS), Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms. Experience with ALE/EDI (IDocs), RFC and file-based interfaces. Strong understanding of Enhancements including BADI, Customer/User exits, screen enhancements. Basic workflow knowledge including task and event binding. Good understanding of SAP MDG, cross-functional modules, and integration points. Soft Skills: Strong communication and documentation skills. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
