About the role
You are sought after to lead the Technology Infrastructure and Applications Observability Practice, managing a team to enhance service delivery through AI-powered Observability. Your role involves overseeing operations, SRE, engineering, and client engagement to improve performance and business value. - Lead the Observability Practice covering infrastructure and application monitoring, log & trace analytics, AIOps, and SRE automation. - Develop the roadmap for next-gen observability leveraging AI/ML, causal analysis, and predictive intelligence. - Collaborate with CIO, platform, and application teams to align observability strategies with business outcomes. - Manage end-to-end operations for Network and Cloud Infrastructure, ensuring key KPIs and SLAs are met. - Drive effective Change Management from a monitoring ops standpoint. - Manage real-time monitoring, incident response, and proactive alerting for critical infrastructure and applications. - Establish and refine SRE principles to improve reliability and enforce SLAs/SLOs. - Oversee the build-out of observability pipelines and integrations, innovate with AI/ML-based anomaly detection, and observability-as-code. - Influence platform instrumentation and telemetry design across environments. - Serve as a strategic advisor and partner to business stakeholders, product leaders, and client teams. - Own the design and delivery of Executive Dashboards, Health Summaries, and Business Impact Reports. - Ensure observability solutions reflect client pain points and deliver measurable improvements. Qualifications required for this role include: - Solid knowledge of Technology Infrastructure, Application architecture, and modern observability stacks. - Experience with tools and technologies such as ITSM, End User monitoring, Network management, Servers and Cloud monitoring, Contact Center solutions, and Observability Platforms. - Experience with AI for Observability, AIOps platforms, and large-scale monitoring/log management systems. - Familiarity with cloud-native ecosystems, containerization, and CI/CD integration.
