You will be responsible for managing overall information technology, computer systems, and all network-related activities to improve infrastructure costs, performance, and end-user satisfaction. Your role will involve providing leadership in planning and managing computer operations, production support, systems and database administration, and network operations. It will be crucial to ensure system performance and SLAs are met, managing IT resource requirements, implementing continuous improvement programs, and participating in the budget process. Additionally, you will lead the IT asset management team, plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations, and design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring the security of data, network access, and backup systems, aligning with user needs and system functionality, identifying problematic areas and implementing strategic solutions, creating policies and processes related to IT functions, and preserving assets, information security, and control structures. Furthermore, you will be responsible for configuring and managing user policies, creating and administering disaster plans, working closely with departmental managers to determine network maintenance and growth needs, monitoring changing network technology, and developing innovative network troubleshooting methods. You will also be in charge of determining the rationale and methods for upgrading company network software programs, ensuring network security, and working towards IT infra security. Key Responsibilities: - Manage overall information technology, computer systems, and network-related activities - Provide leadership in planning and managing computer operations, production support, systems and database administration, and network operations - Ensure system performance and SLAs are met - Implement IT continuous improvement programs and participate in the budget process - Lead the IT asset management team and design, develop, and implement systems, policies, and procedures - Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems - Identify problematic areas, implement strategic solutions, and create policies and processes related to IT functions - Configure and manage user policies, create disaster plans, and monitor changing network technology - Develop innovative network troubleshooting methods and determine rationale for upgrading network software programs - Work towards ensuring network security and IT infra security Qualifications Required: - At least 12 to 15 years of IT experience, including managing teams responsible for architecture design, deployment, systems lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning and operations - Strong management and people development skills - Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence - Good problem-solving skills and communication skills (verbal & written) - Proficiency in networking and IT infrastructure setup Please note that the educational requirement for this role is a Bachelors/Masters Degree in IT or a relevant field.
