As a Senior Business Analyst at Group Bayport located in Gurugram (Sector 32), you will be part of a rapidly growing global e-Commerce organization known for delivering high-quality custom products through cutting-edge digital technologies and robust manufacturing capabilities. Your role will involve bridging the gap between product strategy and user data by using data to guide product decisions and optimize the overall customer experience. Key responsibilities include: - Data Layer Management: Defining, implementing, and maintaining data layers for accurate capture of user interaction events. - User Behavior Analysis: Tracking user interactions to identify friction points and improve user experience. - Heatmap & Session Analysis: Utilizing heatmaps and other tools to analyze user engagement and on-page navigation patterns. - New Feature Impact Analysis: Evaluating the impact of new features on user behavior and conversion rates. - A/B Testing & Experimentation: Designing experiments to validate new features and design changes. - Sales Data Analysis: Analyzing sales performance and linking it back to product features and user behavior. - KPI & Metric Monitoring: Defining and monitoring KPIs and tech vitals to optimize user funnels and conversion journey. Technical skills required for this role include advanced proficiency in SQL, understanding of product analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics or Mixpanel, knowledge of programming languages like Python or R, and familiarity with web/app tracking. Qualifications needed for this position: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field. - 4+ years of experience in product analytics, digital analytics, or data-focused product roles. - Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystems and digital customer journeys. Soft skills and strategy required: - Strong analytical mindset with expertise in product metrics and growth frameworks. - Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate data findings into actionable product recommendations. - Communication: Capable of explaining complex data findings clearly to various stakeholders.
