Software Architect / Senior Java Backend Developer Immediate Joiners Only | Noida, India Position Summary SII Group is seeking an experienced Software Architect / Senior Java Backend Developer to join our growing engineering team in Noida . This role is ideal for a highly skilled technology professional with extensive experience in Java-based enterprise application development, Microservices Architecture, Event-Driven Systems, Cloud Platforms, DevOps practices, and Technical Leadership . The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable, resilient, and cloud-native solutions for global customers. Location Noida, India Immediate Joiners Only Experience Required 10 to 15+ Years Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design Design and implement scalable cloud-native architectures. Define technical standards, design guidelines, and best practices. Drive modernization of legacy applications and platforms. Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, scalability, and system resilience. Application Development Develop enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring technologies. Design RESTful APIs and distributed microservices. Implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka. Build high-performance backend systems capable of handling large transaction volumes. Cloud & DevOps Design and deploy applications on Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Containerize applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines. Support infrastructure automation and deployment automation initiatives. Leadership & Governance Lead technical discussions and architecture reviews. Mentor developers and provide technical guidance. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and project teams. Drive engineering excellence through code reviews and best practices. Performance & Reliability Optimize application performance and system efficiency. Implement monitoring, observability, and resiliency patterns. Support root cause analysis and production issue resolution.
