CRM Software Support and Deployment Professional

LOCATION: Mumbai, Maharashtra POSITION TITLE: Software Support and Deployment EXPERIENCE: 2.5 years experience in Software Support and deployment Preferred to have experience on web application QUALIFICATION: Diploma / Graduation / Post Graduation PRIMARY FUNCTION: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Software Support and Web Application Deployment person to join our team! ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Deployment of SaaS based (Cloud) Web application for customer. Gathering required information for deployment. Coordination with customer for setting up portal. Setting up IIS (Internet Information Server) or Apache Tomcat Web server. Configuration of IIS or Apache Tomcat Web server. Setting up MS SQL DB for the customer portal. Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients. Assisting with systems integrations. Handling tickets raised by customer and ensuring the resolution. Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures. Identifying and resolving technical issues. Managing coordination at a local and international level where required. Delivering regular and customized trainings to customer on Application. Preparing and sharing customer ticket reports and sharing with management on monthly basis. Create project in the system and update assigned tasks. Attend support review and Project review. Conduct demo of CRM software to customers. Ensure Deployment sign-off on time. Prepare deployment document and share with customer for future reference. SKILLS: 2.5+ years of experience as a Software Support and deployment Personnel. Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software. Knowledge on DNS, DHCP, E-mail configuration is needed. Knowledge on IIS (Internet Information Server), Apache tomcat web servers. Understanding of Web Server configuration and portal deployment. Knowledge on Windows Server operating system. Skills on MS SQL will be plus. Knowledge on Linux operating system will be advantage. Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Listening ability and patience. Critical thinking skills. Knowhow of CRM, ERP and Accounting will be value addition. Should be able to conduct software Demo to customers. Implementation of SaaS based CRM software.
