Jr. Analyst (Technical Support)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: With general supervision, performs analysis, diagnosis, configuration, and resolution of moderately complex Information Technology (IT) systems, or applications issues and/or modifications and recommend corrective solutions for implementation. May generate standard reports including required data elements and distribute to process owners and end-users. May act as a point of contact for escalated technical support Partner with senior IT staff to enhance understanding of the current environment and recommend areas for improvement or the upgrade which improve user experience and/or enterprise efficiency and effectiveness. Participate in enterprise-wide IT projects, communicate issues, concerns, and questions, and gain an understanding of evolving system requirements, changing technology, and best practices. Implements services/solutions as prepared by more senior IT staff and in accordance with established specifications and standards. Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties. Perform other duties as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor s Degree in a technical field Ability to help with analysis, design and trouble-shooting of systems Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
