Senior Product Owner

Define and communicate product vision, goals, and priorities to ensure clarity and alignment. Maintain and refine an up-to-date backlog, prioritizing work for development teams. Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to shape future roadmaps and requirements. Drive requirements gathering and clarify expectations to maximize value delivery. Work closely with other key stakeholders and Product Owners to align with overall program goals and improve ways of working. Stay informed about new business opportunities and be ready to expand services and teams. Qualification & Experience . Experience with DevOps as a way of working. Strong understanding of software development, solutions, and backend architecture, preferably within automotive. Ability to discuss technical trade-offs and solution alternatives with developers, architects, and other stakeholders. Proven experience gathering, structuring, and managing requirements, ensuring technical constraints, dependencies, and architectural considerations are reflected in well-prioritized backlog items. Worked with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Experience validating progress and outcomes against product goals using data and metrics. A master s degree in engineering (or equivalent experience). Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Beneficial experience: Automotive domain knowledge. Familiarity with Confluence. Experience working with Jira. Product Owner certification or similar education. Experienced in navigating and collaborating within international environments. Proven ability to thrive in flat organizational structures with minimal hierarchy. Background in working for global companies with diverse teams and cultures.
