About the role
Description GSPANN is hiring a seasoned Message Queuing Administrator. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining IBM MQ environments, monitoring queues, and resolving incidents to ensure high system availability. Roles and Responsibilities Install, configure, and upgrade IBM MQ (Message Queue) managers along with related software components. Monitor MQ queues and systems continuously to ensure high performance and availability. Resolve MQ-related incidents by providing support, performing root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions. Deploy MQ application infrastructures in production while minimizing risk. Maintain and update operational documentation, including configuration records and troubleshooting guides. Advise on MQ features during application design and actively contribute to technical design discussions. Enforce compliance with MQ standards and organizational policies in all applications and configurations. Develop infrastructure capabilities to support new projects and manage testing environments. Train team members on MQ technologies and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors. Skills and Experience 5+ years of proven experience in IBM MQ administration. Proficiency in both Windows and Linux operating systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to produce clear, concise documentation.
