About the role
SAP SD Consultant Exp: 5+ We are seeking a skilled SAP SD Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide application support, resolve user issues, and work closely with business stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the SAP SD module. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, understanding of business processes, and hands-on experience in configuration and support. Key Responsibilities : Provide day-to-day support for SAP SD modules. Resolve incidents and service requests within SLA timelines. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Configure and maintain SD modules based on user requirements. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver enhancements. Handle master data and transactional data issues (Customer, Pricing, etc.). Support integration points between SD and other modules like FI, WM, PP, etc. Participate in testing (Unit, Integration, UAT) and coordinate with QA teams. Create and maintain documentation including functional specifications and user guides. Work with ABAP developers for custom enhancements and debugging issues. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to SD Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 37 years of experience in SAP SD support. Strong knowledge of key SD processes: Order to Cash (OTC), Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, Deliveries. Hands-on experience with configuration in SAP SD. Understanding of IDocs, EDI, and interfaces with third-party systems. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
