Work Location: Bangalore | Hyderabad | Pune Experience Required: 8-15 Years Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP PP/QM solutions across implementation, enhancement, and support engagements. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP functional solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver RICEFW objects, enhancements, and custom SAP solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules. Support project delivery, change requests, enhancements, and resolution of complex production support issues. Conduct client discussions, solution workshops, proof of concepts (POCs), and knowledge-sharing sessions. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 8-15 years of SAP PP/QM experience with hands-on exposure to full-cycle SAP implementations and support projects. Strong expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP), including: Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Planned Orders Production Orders Batch Management Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) SPRO Configuration Strong knowledge of SAP QM and integration with other SAP modules. Experience in at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation project . Proven experience in end-to-end implementations, mid-sized projects, enhancements, change requests, and support engagements. Expertise in preparing functional specifications for RICEFW developments. Ability to collaborate effectively with ABAP developers and possess basic ABAP debugging skills. Strong understanding of SAP enhancement frameworks and custom developments. Preferred Skills Integration knowledge of SAP PP with WM/eWM and FICO. Exposure to AMS support processes and handling complex/critical production support tickets. What We're Looking For Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
