Open Positions - ServiceNow HRSD Developer/Consultant - ServiceNow CSM Developer/Consultant - ServiceNow SPM Developer/Consultant - ServiceNow GRC/IRM Developer/Consultant Experience Required 3+ Years (Relevant ServiceNow experience) Key Responsibilities - Analyze business requirements and deliver scalable solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices. - Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Workflows, Service Catalogs, and Scheduled Jobs. - Participate in Agile/Scrum development throughout the SDLC. - Ensure platform performance, security, scalability, and adherence to ServiceNow standards. - Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and drive continuous platform improvements. Required Technical Skills - Strong experience with JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, Jelly, AngularJS, and ServiceNow APIs. - Experience with REST & SOAP integrations. - Positive understanding of ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, and Service Portal. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
