SRF 137047 Skill Set DWS Years of exp 8+ Must to Infrastructure Architect Notice Period Immediate Budget 28 LPA Position 1 Job Description Candidate will be instrumental in for building capability for Microsoft Exchange / O365 messaging solutions and related infrastructure, including identifying and building the required skills for Exchange and O365 (Exchange Online, Skype for Business/Lync, One drive) - Candidate will be instrumental in developing best practices around- Messaging (Microsoft Exchange / O365) design, migration & management Frameworks - Reference architectures - Migration & Deployment Strategy - Management /Operations Model - Candidate will collaborate with other functional and technical teams to ensure all solutions are appropriately architected, engineered, tested, & deployed - Candidate will architect Messaging Infrastructure solutions for on premise / O365 / Hybrid environment based on a range of technologies and leading products - Candidate will work on cutting-edge projects in a highly technical, dynamic, and fast-paced organization; as well as be able to discuss, recommend, and defend approaches to complex problems based on prior experience - Candidate will help identify area of automation to increase efficiency and optimize the delivery costs, provide recommendation and work closely with automation team to build the solution - Candidate will have a foundation in competing and complementary technologies and be able to demonstrate a proficiency and/or knowledge of the following: - AD/ADFS, - Azure Cloud services / Amazon Cloud Services - DNS, Proxy, - Endpoint security, Gateway security - Enterprise file and storage services 8 - Migration tools - SharePoint - Voice Network (Cisco / Avaya) deployment and management - Candidate will be proficient in translating business requirements into technical architectures/solutions. - Candidate will create white papers/point of view / blogs and publish periodically - Candidate will participate with sales/presales team during customer calls and meeting - Assess the email infrastructure management service delivery operations for existing customers, Skills Required: - Technical: - Deep understanding of Microsoft Exchange Messaging technology and service ecosystem - Technical domain expertise in - Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 / 2013 / 2016 - O365 (Exchange / Skype for Business / One drive) - Active Directory - Cisco / Avaya voice infrastructure - Working knowledge in Messaging infrastructure consulting, design, deployment, migration and management in an enterprise environment. - Working knowledge in protecting email infrastructure and messages using various security products / solutions(Firewall, Anti-Virus/malware, Threat protection, DLP, Content protection) - Working knowledge in customizing / automating migration/management tasks using VB / Windows PowerShell Scripts. - Experience in rollout and management of mobile device polices and active sync / good / blackberry servers infrastructure - Non-Technical - Ability conceptualize solutions and communicate them effectively to internal teams and customers - Ability to be concise, articulate, and assertive in all forms of communication - Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills - Ability to lead and work collaboratively with a group of senior technical / management teams - Ability to deal with partners and peers located worldwide - Preferred skills - Exposure to Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) operations and management. Preferred Education and Work Experience 9 - Bachelor s / Master s degree in engineering from leading institutes - Work experience with enterprise customers / leading service providing organization, specially having design and deployment experience - 8+ years of work experience in Defining, Designing, Implementing, Transitioning, Auditing & Managing Messaging infrastructure Operations, Implementing Best Practices - 3+ years of work experience translating business and functional requirements into technical architectures - 14+ years of overall work experience in the area of IT infrastructure - Should have the following Microsoft product certifications at a minimum level.- Managing O365 identities and requirements (course no# 346) - Enabling O365 services (course no# 347) - Core Solutions of Microsoft Lync Server 2013 (course no# 336) - Advanced Solutions of Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 (course no# 342) - Core Solutions of Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 (course no# 341) - Should have worked / associated in at least 5 Exchange / O365 design & deployment projects as solution architect for enterprises with a size of >20000 users and has Multi Geo / Multi countries sites. - As a solution architect should have been involved and lead the projects in assessment, solution design, POC, deployment, migration and stabilization phases. - Should have lead/managed the team of 4-5 consultants/architects and mentored/supported them in solution design & deployment projects. - Should possess good documentation and presentation skills
