VMWare Level 3 Engineer Job Summary: This role ensures the support is provided for Virtualization as per scope below. Key Responsibilities: Administration and Support for virtual machines to migrate from old storage to new storage. Addition of new storage to ESXI server and migrate the VM to new storage POD and troubleshooting the Citi L3 team and vendor in case of any issue. Service Now tickets / Change Request assigned in Storage Migration and VM migration from old storage to new storage. Follow change related protocols by using Service Now tool & correct templates provided by client. Required Qualifications: Experience: 4-6 years of experience in Infrastructure with a strong focus virtualization technology (e.g., VMware vSphere, Hyper-V), deployment, configuration, and support. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Windows and Linux Server operating systems and Active Directory. Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware vSphere, Hyper-V). Strong PowerShell scripting skills. Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Familiarity with monitoring tools. Education: Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and planning skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
