Sr. Cloud Engineer (Server & Cloud Support)

Position: Sr. Cloud Engineer Server & Cloud Support Experience Required: 10+ Years Location: Remote Work Timings: UK & US Business Hours (Rotational Shifts, 24/7 Support) Role Overview As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premise and cloud platforms (AWS & Azure) , ensuring high availability, security, and performance. Key Responsibilities Administration and support of Windows Server environments (2012 2022) Managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, NPS, Certificate Authority, File Servers Handling VMware ESXi / Hyper-V and cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure) Network troubleshooting (switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs) Patch management, change management, and problem management (RCA) Participation in system upgrades, migrations, and new deployments Documentation (SOPs), collaboration with cross-functional teams Ensuring security, backup, disaster recovery, and storage management Required Skills & Certifications Strong expertise in Windows Server & AD infrastructure Hands-on experience with VMware and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs) Must-have certifications: MCSA/MCSE, VMware, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), ITIL Good to have: PowerShell/Shell scripting, CCNA
