Position: Data QE Specialist / ETL Tester Experience: 69 Years Location: Pune / Chennai (Hybrid 3 Days WFO) Shift: Overlap with US Team (Till 910 PM IST) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Payroll: Haparz Share your resume: [email protected] About the Role We are looking for an experienced Data QE Specialist with solid expertise in data pipeline and ETL testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience validating modern data platforms, ensuring data quality, and testing complex data transformation workflows. This is a pure Data Quality Engineering role, and candidates with only application testing experience will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Validate end-to-end ETL and data pipeline workflows across modern data platforms. Perform data reconciliation, transformation, and integrity validation between source and target systems. Design and execute test cases for complex data ingestion and transformation processes. Develop automated data quality validation and reconciliation frameworks. Validate AI/ML model outputs and data used for machine learning workflows. Test Conversational BI solutions, including text-to-SQL functionality. Work closely with Data Engineers and Analytics teams to identify and resolve data quality issues. Ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of enterprise data assets. Support CI/CD-based data testing and automation initiatives. Document testing processes, defects, and validation reports. Required Skills 69 years of experience in Data Quality Engineering or ETL Testing. Strong hands-on experience in ETL/Data Pipeline Testing. Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Airflow, and dbt. Expertise in data validation, reconciliation, SQL, and data quality automation. Experience validating AI/ML models and modern analytics platforms. Understanding of Conversational BI or text-to-SQL testing. Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills. Key Note Candidates must have hands-on Data Pipeline / ETL Testing experience. Candidates with only Application Testing or Functional Testing experience will not be considered.
