About the role
? Manage and maintain Windows, VMWare, Citrix (or equivalent) Infrastructure and working proactively on ticketing tool requests. ? Provide weekend support on scheduled weekend changes ? Provide on-call support during off hours and night shift coverage ? Participate in Disaster Recovery and BCP drills ? Manage Physical server infrastructure using remote access ? Manage and maintain virtual machines in internal ESX farm as well as in AWS ? Build new physical and virtual servers as per standards ? Fault finding, analysis and of logging information for reporting of performance exceptions ? Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning ?
