About the role
Infrastructure L2 / Cloud Infrastructure Specialist AWS 4 to 6 years exp We are seeking an experienced AWS Infrastructure SME with strong expertise in deploying, monitoring, and supporting cloud-native applications on AWS. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AWS services including VPC, Networking, Lambda, API Gateway, EKS, CloudWatch, CloudFront, DynamoDB, and Kafka/MSK, along with strong troubleshooting, automation, and production support capabilities. The role involves collaborating with end customers, different vendors and providing L2 support. Key responsibilities: Monitor infrastructure, applications, and logs using Amazon CloudWatch. Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive issue resolution. Implement cloud security best practices including IAM, encryption, VPC security, and compliance controls. Manage and support serverless and containerized applications using AWS Lambda and Amazon EKS. Ensure high availability, performance optimization, and disaster recovery readiness.
