As a QA Engineer, you are a key member of cross-functional product teams, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and scalable software delivery. You drive an automation-first quality strategy and embed continuous testing into the software development lifecycle to support continuous delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive product quality across the delivery lifecycle. - Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks. - Implement and improve continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines. - Develop and execute automated functional, regression, API, and performance tests. - Perform performance and load testing using tools such as K6, Locust, or JMeter. - Review product backlogs and roadmaps to identify risks and prioritize QA activities. - Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across frontend, backend, APIs, and infrastructure. - Define and track key quality metrics (automation coverage, defect leakage). - Coach and mentor engineers on QA best practices and automation. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to improve quality standards. - Contribute to innovation, tooling improvements, and hiring as required. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in QA or quality engineering roles. - Strong expertise in test automation (Cypress, Selenium). - Hands-on experience with performance testing (K6, Locust, JMeter). - Proven ability to design and implement automation frameworks. - Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Github Actions). - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across multiple technical domains. - Familiarity with Jira/X-Ray, Confluence. - Experience working in Agile product development teams. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Strong ownership mindset and passion for quality and continuous improvement.
