About the role
As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in .NET Core, Azure, and Angular, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications that are cloud-native and highly performant. Your expertise in Azure, .NET Core, Angular, Microservices, and CI/CD practices will be key in building innovative solutions and leveraging the latest architectures in Azure and microservices. Key Responsibilities: - Fullstack Development: Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using .NET Core for the back-end and Angular for the front-end to ensure a seamless and responsive user experience. - Cloud Integration with Azure: Build cloud-based applications and integrate them with various Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Cosmos DB. - Microservices Architecture: Develop and deploy microservices using .NET Core, focusing on modularity, scalability, and high availability. Implement inter-service communication using RESTful APIs and message brokers. - CI/CD Pipelines: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab to automate builds, testing, and deployments across different environments. - Database Management: Work with relational and NoSQL databases like SQL Server, Cosmos DB, or MongoDB to design efficient data models and ensure smooth data storage and access. - Testing & Debugging: Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to guarantee application stability and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack. - Collaborate with Teams: Engage closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality features within project timelines. - Code Quality & Best Practices: Adhere to software development best practices, including version control (Git), code reviews, and agile methodologies. - Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize application performance to ensure low latency and high throughput for an exceptional user experience. - Agile Development: Participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, contributing to iterative and incremental development. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Experience: 5-7 years of professional experience in fullstack development with hands-on expertise in .NET Core, Angular, Azure, Microservices, and CI/CD. - Technical Skills: - Strong experience with .NET Core and developing RESTful APIs. - Proficiency in Angular for building dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly web applications. - Hands-on experience with Azure services like App Services, Functions, Blob Storage, and Cosmos DB. - Expertise in Microservices Architecture and developing scalable, distributed systems. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, and automating deployments to Azure. - Strong understanding of Relational Databases (e.g., SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cosmos DB). - Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. - Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.
