About the role
As a Tech Lead focusing on Azure, .NET Core, Angular, and Microservices, your role involves overseeing the design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices in development, architecture, and CI/CD processes. Additionally, mentoring junior developers and delivering high-quality software solutions are key aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Architecture & Design: - Lead the design and architecture of full-stack applications using Azure, .NET Core, Angular, and Microservices to ensure scalability, security, and performance. - Azure Integration: - Architect and implement cloud solutions on Azure, integrating services such as Azure Functions, Azure App Services, and Azure Storage with on-premise and third-party systems. - Microservices Development: - Design and develop scalable and modular microservices using .NET Core. Implement effective communication strategies between services (REST, messaging queues). - Fullstack Development: - Develop front-end (Angular) and back-end ( .NET Core) components for web applications, ensuring smooth integration and consistent user experiences. - CI/CD Implementation: - Lead the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, GitLab, or Jenkins for fast, reliable, and automated deployments. - Code Quality & Best Practices: - Enforce code reviews, unit testing, design patterns, and continuous integration to maintain high standards for code quality and performance. - Mentorship & Leadership: - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning to achieve project milestones. - Collaboration: - Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Troubleshooting & Optimization: - Identify performance bottlenecks, resolve technical issues, and provide solutions to enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Experience: - 8-10 years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a tech lead or similar leadership role. - Technical Skills: - Strong experience with Azure cloud services, .NET Core, Angular, CI/CD practices, SQL and NoSQL databases, and message brokers. - Working knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes is a plus. - Agile Methodology: - Experience in Agile environments, particularly in Scrum or Kanban methodologies. - Leadership & Communication: - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively guide the team, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage project expectations. - Problem Solving & Innovation: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of providing innovative solutions to complex technical challenges. - Version Control: - Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
