Information Security Analyst (GRC & Network Security)

You are an experienced Information Security Analyst with a focus on Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Network Security. Your role involves driving and supporting GRC initiatives, managing internal and external audits, regulatory compliance activities, and risk assessments. You will ensure compliance with information security policies and maintain audit evidence and security documentation. Identifying compliance gaps and tracking remediation activities are crucial responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Drive and support GRC initiatives across the organization. - Coordinate internal and external audits, regulatory compliance activities, and risk assessments. - Ensure compliance with information security policies and regulatory requirements. - Maintain audit evidence, compliance documentation, and security policies. - Identify compliance gaps and track remediation activities. In network security and information security, you will manage and support security controls and operations. This includes working on technologies such as firewalls, routers & switches, VPN, EDR, and DLP. Monitoring and enhancing network security posture, supporting security incident analysis, and collaborating with various teams for security best practices are part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and support network security controls and operations. - Administer technologies like firewalls, routers & switches, VPN, EDR, and DLP. - Monitor and strengthen network security posture and controls. - Support security incident analysis, risk mitigation, and vulnerability management. - Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and application teams for implementing security best practices. You will also be involved in reporting and stakeholder management. This includes developing security and compliance dashboards, preparing management reports and security metrics, working closely with internal stakeholders and auditors, and effectively communicating security and compliance requirements across teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 4-5 years of experience in Information Security, GRC, and Network Security. - Strong experience in GRC, audits, regulatory compliance, and information security controls. - Hands-on exposure to security/network technologies like firewalls, routers & switches, VPN, EDR, and DLP. - Strong technical background in networking and security infrastructure. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office for reporting, dashboard creation, and presentations. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: - SISA Institute certifications related to Information Security, Network Security, Cybersecurity, or Compliance. - Additional industry certifications in Network Security or Information Security would be advantageous.
