Front End Web Designer

As a Web Designer at our company, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive web interfaces using your strong expertise in Figma and AutoLayout. You will collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and present design solutions. - Create user-centric web designs that are visually compelling and easy to navigate. - Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma. - Work with developers to ensure seamless handoff of design assets and maintain design integrity during implementation. - Contribute to and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components. Qualifications Required: - Strong proficiency in Figma, including advanced use of AutoLayout. - Solid understanding of responsive design principles and web accessibility standards. - Experience with design systems and component libraries. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end practices (preferred, not mandatory). - Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
