About the role
As a Web Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive web interfaces. You will collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to create engaging digital experiences that meet business requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Participating in client meetings to understand requirements and present design solutions. - Creating user-centric web designs that are visually compelling and easy to navigate. - Developing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma. - Building scalable, responsive layouts leveraging AutoLayout for consistency across devices. - Working with developers to ensure seamless handoff of design assets and maintain design integrity during implementation. - Contributing to and maintaining design systems, style guides, and reusable components. To excel in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications: - Creativity - Strong proficiency in Figma, including advanced use of AutoLayout. - Solid understanding of responsive design principles and web accessibility standards. - Experience with design systems and component libraries. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end practices (preferred, not mandatory). - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines. Preferred experience for this role includes 24 years of skilled experience in web design or UI/UX design, prior work in agency environments or with client-facing projects, familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or InVision, and exposure to Cursor and Replit.
