About the role
Role Overview: As an Analytics & Data Science professional, you will play a crucial role in formulating and executing AI & Data Science strategies. You will work on managing and enriching Big Data, engaging with the Data Engineering team, and preparing various views of consumers and retailers. Additionally, you will drive consumer insights, campaign analysis, and develop and maintain AI/ML models for predictive analytics in the Consumer Domain. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in the conceptualization of AI & Data Science strategy, develop, execute, and sustain it - Work on Datawarehouse for sales, consumer data, manufacturing data, and user attributes, and think of ways to enrich data - Engage with the Data Engineering team on building/maintaining/enhancing Data Lake/Warehouse in MS Azure Databricks (Cloud) - Drive adhoc analysis and generate insights from data to drive campaign performance - Build a Gen AI powered Consumer Insights Factory and support insights from various data sources - Develop and maintain Predictive analytics AI/ML models for use cases in Consumer Domain, Consumer Experience (CX), and Service - Build, manage, and support various MIS/dashboards via Data Engineering/Visualization team using tools like Power BI - Support AI/ML models for Sales Transformation, SCM, and Marketing Use Cases - Extensively leverage LLM Models and Agentic AI capabilities to solve business use cases - Build and support all data engineering work to build/sustain a best-in-class data infrastructure, data lake, and datamart on the cloud - Optimize data architecture for efficient outputs on all analytics areas, data visualization, predictive ML Models, and Agentic AI - Integrate new data sources and data types, including unstructured data, into Databricks data lake Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, or related - Strong experience in data analytics, data science, and AI/ML model development - Proficiency in tools like MS Azure Databricks, Power BI, and other visualization tools - Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment - Knowledge of market mix modeling, predictive analytics, and dashboarding techniques will be an added advantage Role Overview: As an Analytics & Data Science professional, you will play a crucial role in formulating and executing AI & Data Science strategies.
