SAP ABAP Consultant - HR Module

As an experienced SAP ABAP HR consultant, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in SAP ABAP programming to enhance system functionalities and ensure smooth integration with HR modules. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating proficiency in ABAP programming, including data dictionary concepts, function modules, smart forms, and leveraging BAPIs and BADIs. - Having a comprehensive understanding of key HR modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Time Management (PT), and Payroll (PY). - Integrating SAP SuccessFactors with ECC/ECP payroll systems using various data replication methods to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing. - Utilizing user exits and BAdIs to customize and extend standard SAP functionalities according to specific business requirements. - Integrating SAP HR with other SAP modules and external systems to ensure smooth data flow and process efficiency. - Conducting unit and integration testing, as well as effective debugging, to deliver high-quality solutions and resolve issues promptly. - Developing Remuneration Statements using SAP Smart Forms and Adobe Forms to produce user-friendly payroll outputs tailored to business needs. - Utilizing object-oriented ABAP (OOABAP) development for building robust and scalable solutions. - Leveraging specialized skills such as OData APIs within SAP SuccessFactors, custom Remote Function Calls (RFCs), and integrating SAP HR with SuccessFactors using SAP Cloud Integration tools. - Applying strong knowledge of SAP HCM functionalities to maintain employee master data, manage payroll information, and process payroll operations effectively. - Successfully completing at least two end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including report, interface, and form development. Your qualifications for this role should include: - Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP ABAP HR, with a strong consulting background. - Experience in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with ECC/ECP payroll systems. - Proficiency in debugging issues during employee data replication. - Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and Core Data Services (CDS) views. - Strong knowledge of SAP HR integration with other SAP modules and external systems. - Certification as SAP Certified Associate - Back-End Developer - ABAP Cloud is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and teams.
