Job Title: Project Manager ETL Support Location: Hyderabad Experience: 8–15 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – ETL Support to lead and manage ETL production support operations, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance of enterprise data integration platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing ETL support teams, incident management, stakeholder communication, SLA adherence, and production support environments. Key Responsibilities Lead ETL Production Support and Application Support teams. Manage incidents, problem management, and service requests. Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of production issues. Monitor ETL jobs, data pipelines, and batch processing activities. Drive root cause analysis and preventive actions for recurring incidents. Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams. Manage team utilization, project delivery, and support governance. Prepare status reports and conduct stakeholder reviews. Handle escalation management and service delivery metrics. Drive process improvements, automation, and operational excellence.
