Job Location : Bavla About HCP Wellness Private Limited: HCP Wellness Private Limited is a leading private label manufacturer specializing in skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products We deliver innovative and high-quality personal care solutions for global brands Our commitment to excellence, technology, and sustainability drives our success, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our growing team Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer (2-4 years experience) to enhance our manufacturing efficiency through automation The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automation systems to improve production processes in our skincare, cosmetics, and oral care manufacturing facility Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain automation systems to optimize production lines Work with PLC, SCADA, HMI, and robotics to automate processes in cosmetic and personal care manufacturing Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues to ensure smooth operations Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production teams to improve efficiency Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations for automated processes Conduct risk assessments and validation testing on automation equipment Train and support production teams in using automated systems and controls Analyze production data to enhance process efficiency and reduce downtime Stay updated with the latest automation trends and technologies in the cosmetic industry Qualifications & Skills: Hard Skills: Strong knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA, HMI, and industrial automation Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) and machine vision systems Expertise in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems Proficiency in AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar automation design tools Understanding of GMP, ISO 22716, and FDA regulations for automated manufacturing Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade automation systems Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset to optimize manufacturing processes Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills for process improvement Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills for compliance and reporting Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven manufacturing environment Education & Certifications: Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Certification in PLC/SCADA programming or robotics is preferred Preferred Experience: 2-4 years of experience in automation engineering, preferably in the cosmetics, skincare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry Hands-on experience with automated production lines and industrial robotics Why Join HCP Wellness Private Limited Be part of a fast-growing skincare and cosmetics manufacturing leader Work with cutting-edge automation technologies in the beauty industry Gain career growth opportunities and professional development Competitive salary and employee benefits package Company-provided transport with pick-up and drop-off services Experienced professionals from companies like Nivea, Colgate, and P&G can apply Location Advantage: Our Bavla plant is easily accessible from Changodar, Moraiya, Sarkhej, Bhayla, Sanand GIDC, and Ahmedabad, making it a great opportunity for candidates from nearby industrial areas
