We are hiring a skilled and proactive IT Network Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure at our Bavla facility. Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networksManage routers, switches, firewalls, and network devicesMonitor network performance and ensure high availabilityConfigure VLANs, VPNs, and network security protocolsTroubleshoot connectivity and hardware issuesEnsure network security, firewall policies, and data protectionPerform network upgrades and system improvementsMaintain IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and routing configurationsMonitor bandwidth usage and optimize performanceSupport ERP systems and internal business applicationsMaintain documentation of network architectureCoordinate with vendors for network AMC and upgradesRequired SkillsStrong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)Experience in firewall and router configurationHandson experience with switches and VLAN setupKnowledge of VPN configuration and remote access systemsUnderstanding of cybersecurity and network security tools Company OverviewHCP Wellness Private Limited is a leading private label cosmetic, skincare, hair care, oral care, and personal care manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
