Job Location : Bavla About Us: At HCP Wellness Private Limited , we are passionate about creating high-quality skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products that enhance the well-being of our customers Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and innovative approach make us a trusted name in the industry We value teamwork, innovation, and a commitment to excellence We are looking for skilled and dedicated Electrical Technicians to join our team in Bavla If you are passionate about maintaining electrical systems and ensuring operational efficiency, we invite you to apply and grow with us Job Overview: The Electrical Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in our manufacturing unit This role ensures the smooth functioning of electrical systems to support the production of skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products Key Responsibilities: Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure minimal downtime in production Installation & Upgrades: Assist in the installation and setup of new electrical systems and equipment Upgrade existing electrical systems to improve efficiency and safety Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies Conduct regular safety checks and risk assessments Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections Report electrical issues and provide recommendations for improvements Team Collaboration: Work closely with the maintenance and production teams to resolve electrical issues Provide technical support and training to team members as needed Qualifications: Hard Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting Experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems is a plus Familiarity with safety protocols and electrical codes Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Attention to detail and a commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Education/Certifications: ITI Certification in Electrical or equivalent qualification Additional certifications in electrical maintenance or safety are a plus Preferred Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment Experience in the skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG industry is an advantage What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits Company-provided transport with pick-up and drop-off services Opportunities for skill development and career growth A supportive and inclusive work environment Employee wellness programs and incentives Experienced professionals from companies like Nivea, Colgate, and P&G can apply Location Advantage: Our Bavla plant is easily accessible from Changodar, Moraiya, Sarkhej, Bhayla, Sanand GIDC, and Ahmedabad, making it a great opportunity for candidates from nearby industrial areas
