We are hiring a skilled and proactive Senior IT Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure at our Bavla facility. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage complete IT infrastructure (servers, network, systems) Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms Manage LAN/WAN, firewall, VPN, routers, and switches Ensure network security, cybersecurity compliance, and data protection Lead server backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning Monitor system performance and minimize downtime Manage ERP systems and database server support Implement IT policies, access controls, and security protocols Supervise IT support team and assign responsibilities Coordinate with external vendors for AMC and infrastructure upgrades Maintain IT documentation, asset management, and audit compliance Plan and execute IT infrastructure improvements Required Skills Advanced knowledge of Windows Server & Active Directory Strong networking expertise (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN) Experience with virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V) Firewall and cybersecurity management experience Server backup and disaster recovery implementation ERP and database support knowledge (SQL preferred) Experience in managing IT audits and compliance Leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability Excellent communication and coordination skills Educational Qualification Any Graduate Experience Required 2 to 4 Years of experience as an Senior IT Administrator, or Network Administrator Why Join HCP Wellness Work with a fast-growing cosmetic manufacturing company Exposure to advanced ERP and manufacturing systems Career growth opportunities in a structured environment Supportive and professional work culture Opportunity to contribute to digital transformation initiatives Stable and long-term career opportunity Company Overview HCP Wellness Private Limited is a leading private label cosmetic, skincare, hair care, oral care, and personal care manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
