About the role
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support to end users. ✔ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues. ✔ Administer and support business-critical applications, including uCute (AcuTe) and Farvision ERP . ✔ Manage user accounts, email configurations, system access, and IT assets. ✔ Ensure data security, system backups, software updates, and smooth network performance. ✔ Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for IT infrastructure maintenance and upgrades. ✔ Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime across the organization.
Required Skills & Experience:
✔ Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or IT Operations. ✔ Hands-on experience with uCute (AcuTe) and Farvision ERP is mandatory. ✔ Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking concepts, hardware troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure management. ✔ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. ✔ Prior experience in the Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.
