About the role
Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Senior Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Automation Testing, Python scripting, API testing, and QA processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building automation frameworks, executing end-to-end testing, and driving quality initiatives in Agile environments. Key Responsibilities Design and execute test strategies, test cases, and automation scriptsPerform Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and UAT testingDevelop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, TestNG, and CucumberPerform API testing using Postman or similar toolsDevelop Python utilities/scripts for automation supportDrive CI/CD-integrated automation and QA process improvementsManage defects using Jira and collaborate with cross-functional teamsSupport release validation, production readiness, and quality reportingMentor junior QA engineers and promote automation best practices Required Skills 8+ years of experience in Software Testing & Automation TestingStrong expertise in: Robot Framework Selenium WebDriver TestNG / Cucumber / BDD Python scripting / Pytest API Testing (Postman) Automation Frameworks (POM, Data-Driven, Hybrid) Experience with Jira, Jenkins, Git/GitHub, Maven Good understanding of STLC, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelinesStrong analytical, debugging, and communication skills Preferred Skills Experience in enterprise-scale applicationsExposure to API automation and integration testingKnowledge of security or performance testing is a plus Summary We are seeking a proactive QA Automation professional with strong automation, Python, Robot framework and testing expertise to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment. .
